I co-chaired a MARUAH event, Me and My Friend Enjoy a Movie. It was an evening of powerful short films about people with disabilities living in a world that seldom sees nor hears them.
There was good turn-out at the event of people who are physically disabled, people who are deaf and hard of hearing and those that were visually impaired.
